Scope: LN Consulting completed the MEP/FP design for the expansion of the existing Chroma Technologies Bellows Falls Manufacturing Facility. The existing building is approximately 29,000 sq. ft., and the proposed addition was approximately 25,000 sq. ft. 

The project included an air-to-air heat pump-based HVAC system with backup propane-fired heat exchangers, a process chilled water system, and a new emergency generator with an upgrade to the existing emergency generator. The proposed addition houses the facility's coating process equipment. 

In addition, the project included the reconfiguration of the Loading Dock Area, the Common Kitchen and Dining Area, Polishing, Grinding, Core Drilling, Cube Assembly, Shipping and Receiving, and the De-ionizing program space.
