Philo Ridge Farm

Architect: The Weather Hill Company / Sanford & Strauss 

Scope: LN Consulting completed the MEP design for the construction of a new state-of-the-art community barn that consisted of a market, commercial kitchen, food production, and dining space. The approximate 7,000 sq. ft. facility included a closed-loop geothermal system for heating and cooling of the building and energy recovery, variable volume, grease-laden vapor exhaust systems. The building showcased the ability to design and construct a highly efficient building while also maintaining its historical character.
