Inpatient Unit Renovation and Expansion

Scope: The project included the renovation and expansion of the existing hospital. The project consisted of the construction of a two-story addition to the existing hospital and included operating site expansion and upgrades, a new pharmacy, a new loading dock and materials management, a new lab space, new office space, life safety upgrades to the existing North and East wings, and (25) critical access patient bed spaces consisting of; OB birthing center, isolated ICU suite, psychiatric patient holding/infectious isolation room, and activities room.
The expansion/renovation area was approximately 25,000 sq. ft. LN Consulting was the mechanical and electrical engineer for the project.
