Scope: LN Consulting completed the design and construction administration for the renovation and expansion of the Lamoille County Court House Building in Hyde Park, Vermont.  The project included approximately 14,600 sq. ft. of renovations to an existing historically significant structure and the addition of approximately 13,600 sq. ft. of new space.  The program space included a new sally port, detention cells, sheriff’s office, hearing room, offices, and judge’s chambers.  The project HVAC systems included a water source heat pump system sized to support both the heating and cooling load of the building and demand-controlled ventilation using energy recovery ventilators with water source heat.
