Green Mountain Power – Rutland Expansion

Scope: LN Consulting, Inc. provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Design for an approximately 34,000 sq. ft. renovation to the existing Service Center Building located in Rutland, Vermont. 

The design included energy recovery for ventilation, a geothermal ready water source heat pump system, new LED lighting and controls, emergency operations center, and a new data center. One highlight of the project was utilizing the waste heat from the data center to heat the service garage during the winter months.
