Scope: LN Consulting completed the design and construction administration of the South End City Market Co-op facility. The facility encompasses 32,800 sq. ft. and consists of a commercial catering kitchen, office, meeting, grocery, cold storage, and dining space. Ultra-high efficiency refrigeration was provided for all cold storage and energy recovery ventilation was provided for the facility's ventilation needs. In addition, LED lighting and controls were provided throughout the building.

The building received a better buildings design award from Efficiency Vermont and Vermont Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence.
