Scope: LN Consulting provided design assistance and construction administration services for the development of the building envelope and mechanical systems at the newly constructed Net-Zero Community Sailing Center in Burlington, VT.  The multi-story building is approximately 22,000 sq. ft. which consists square boat/equipment storage, office, locker rooms, and multipurpose space.  The building utilizes a high-efficiency air-to-air heat pump system with energy recovery for building heating, cooling, and ventilation.   LN Consulting supplied the rooftop photovoltaic array through an energy service contract.
